What is AGERE?

Age regression is a healing method occasionally guided by therapists in response to childhood traumas. Those who regress often do so due to stress but occasionally they'll regress due to boredom or as a way to relax.AGERE is always 100% a SFW community and should be kept separated from NSFW/kink.Preface: The term "little" is shared by both SFW & NSFW communities, but has it's origins from the DID/system community where it was used to refer to child alters as well origins with the kink community. Calling yourself a little doesn't align you with any particular community, but the context along with it can be defining.Please take this guide as a starting point and cross reference with your own research.
